5 months agoSimply the best. Came for my mom’s 60th birthday, stayed 4 days and had the most wonderful time. From Chef Cesar to Carlos the mixologist to Patti the housekeeper, the staff is excellent, friendly and always accommodating. One of the most beautiful views I have seen as well. Super easy access to town. Would definitely recommend staying here if looking for a place in PV.

2 years agoWe joined the staff at Villa Lucia for a week during the off season and had an incredible time. We gravitated to the main pool area which had enough sun and shade for everyone to enjoy!Adriana and Cesar made sure we were well fed and had drinks at any time. Arlette and Chema made sure all was clean and working correctly behind the scenes. Very thankful for this incredible team! And shoutout to Jess our concierge, who delivered on everything we asked for.

3 years agoVilla Lucia is a fabulous location for a group vacation. Our group of 12 had a fantastic time. The view is stunning, lots of space for everyone to lounge, and great bedroom accommodations. The staff were a huge highlight - very friendly, great service, and the food was all fantastic. Would highly recommend for your next PV holiday.

4 years agoThis was absolutely An amazing experience!! The chef Daniel is very talented and prepared delicious food which is truly an amazing experience! Adriana the Mixologist is something words cannot describe her talents give the US bartenders a run for there money, Arlette the housekeeper did an outstanding job cleaning everyday and laundry was done to perfection! Martin the maintenance guy was available daily and supported the staff wherever needed , he made sure the pool and everything was clean to perfection and very detailed! Thank you! We will be back and every experience will be with us forever Viva Villa Lucia Puerto Vallarta! 🇲🇽❤️🙏🏽

3 years agoThis is the 3rd time we've stayed at Villa Lucia, gathering family from all over the US to meet up for some relaxation and celebration. This time we met celebrating a birthday and also the start of grad school. It's a wonderful house with a spectacular location and very attentive staff. Our first visit we ventured out some into town, but rapidly discovered that the house and pool were so wonderful that on visit 2 and 3 we preferred to stay in and never left the house for the entire stay. But if you want, the conciege, Sare, will be happy to arrange meals or excursions out or massages or even fireworks for you. The house comes with a chef, Cesar, who made amazingly good meals and we opted to have him cook all of our meals. Arlet, the housekeeper, does a wonderful job keeping the place tidy. There is a Houseman, Chema, who makes sure everything is functioning well at the house. The house has expansive views out over the town of Puerto Vallarta and over the Bay of Banderas and we always look forward to watching an occasional thunderstorm roll through. During this last visit, when the house briefly lost power during one of the thunderstorms, Chema helped to rapidly get the power back on. New for this visit was the provision of a Mixologist, Adriana, who is very personable and kept the drinks flowing. It was very appreciated that the entire staff worked together to provide fun decorations and a wonderful birthday cake to help us celebrate our son's birthday. Also new for this visit, as the house is under new management, was the glass enclosed dining room, installation of a hot tub beside the pool and access to the lowest level of the house including access to 2 additional bedrooms, a workout room, an additional sitting area, and a second pool. On prior visits, Villa Lucia was offered as a 4 bedroom with access to only the top 2 floors, rather than now being offered as a 6 bedroom with access to all 3 floors. Know that you are responsible for the expense of your food and drinks and for a suggested gratuity of $15USD/day/staff member. So factor that into your budgeting. But for us, the house and the staff made for another amazing visit to Villa Lucia. I can hardly wait to return again.
Jon2024-05-09We recently stayed at this incredible property with 12 family members and friends, and everyone was absolutely blown away! The house itself was stunning, but what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional staff. They were attentive to every need, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and pampered throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the constant flow of delicious cocktails! On top of that, the meals were phenomenal. They catered to every dietary need and taste preference flawlessly, leaving no one disappointed. This place is a dream come true for a large group vacation. We can't recommend it highly enough, and we're already planning our return visit!

Everyone was super helpful, welcoming, and accommodating, particularly our fantastic mixologist Adriana, talented chef Cesar, and extraordinary concierge Jessica. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Breck2024-04-21This villa was in the perfect location and high enough to have one of the best views I have ever seen! The staff are always there when you need them and the mixologist always had a drink ready if you wanted! The chef was amazing and we never had a bad meal. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my 30th birthday! Everything exceeded my expectations!
Faye2024-03-31Stunning property! Cliff-side views, pristine pool and hot tub, and the waitstaff are just some of the 5-star amenities at this property. Take good walking shoes, tho. Robert2024-03-13This Villa is a stunning home to stay in with friends in Puerta Vallarta. The pictures do not do this view justice - it is world-class. The staff, in particular, are all kind and thoughtful, and really made the experience special.
Bailey2024-01-28Staying at Villa Lucia for my birthday was an amazing experience! Me and my 11 guests all felt right at home in this absolutely gorgeous property. Sare was our concierge and did a fantastic job helping to set up on property yoga, massages, and pedicures. Cesar’s meals were great and Adriana helped make sure our drinks were always full. If you’re looking for a fantastic time in Puerto Vallarta, you will certainly have it here!
John2024-01-21This is definitely a luxury experience. I highly recommend it to any group looking for a full-service Villa, close to the core of Zona Romantica. The views are spectacular from the pools, the rooms, and the many balconies and terraces. The concierge communicated with us regularly before our visit. The staff of the Villa Lucia pampered us and made us feel right at home. Cesar's meals were multi-coursed and delicious. Adriana also made wonderful drinks for us, using fresh fruit in all kinds of ways. When there were questions or concerns about the rooms/bathrooms/pool, Chema and Arlette were always quick and responsive. As for location, the house is situated up a steep road in Amapas. We typically would walk down into town or the beach, then call Ubers/taxis back up to the house. This being a luxury experience with a concierge and house staff, you should be prepared for additional expenses beyond the booking fee, including gratuities.Gregory2024-01-13Villa Lucia was seriously the best experience and stay in Puerto Vallarta. The house itself is outstanding and so beautiful, each room has its own terrace and bathroom, with a beautiful view of the city and ocean that will take your breath away. The staff is very kind, funny, personable, and absolutely amazing at their job. They will do anything to make your stay what you want. Chef Caesar is amazing at his craft and makes everything super unique and delicious. For our group the star of the show was Adrianna, the bartender. She was so kind and funny and was a killer mixologist, always refilling the drinks and making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. This place is definitely worth the money because you will not find another stay like this in PV. Adriana’s cocktails were delish! Cesar’s meals were beautifully presented and so tasty! Arlette and Chema were also wonderful… couldn’t have asked for better service! We did walk to town - steep hill down and a climb back up but felt good to burn some calories. Thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing in the pool with cold cocktails in hand…. Our time went by too quickly!
